Today is a nu day!
I've joined IIMA today, as a student for their PGPX program. The program will be conducted at IIMA's new, sprawling campus with a tinge of grey everywhere. The facilities are good enough to make you comfortable and the only thing, I'm complaining about is Ahmedabad weather. The campus is located in newer locality of Ahmedabad, which is reasonably good. IIMA is building lot of infrastructure to prepare for the expansion (of PGPX presumably).During the registration, we've been given a couple of cases, which we need to read before our classes begin on April 6th. We would also receive our course material and will come to know about our study groups in next couple of days. We've been warned enough to be ready to handle the impending pressure of cases, quizzes, exams, presentations, and what not.. We're at a stage where there is only so much we can really care for right now. We can prepare but I'm sure, we'll be swamped with work and all the prep (read study) strategy will be thrown out of window. Wish me and my batch mates good luck, folks!

If I'm not mistaken you joined IIMC and then quit the program to join IIMA (you must have lost out on a considerable sum as well).
Would you please let me know your reasoning behind the same?
btw, I am an aspirant for PGPX-IV

I had written a post about it at this blog. It was more to do with personal preferences than the institute or the program. The reasoning may vary from person-to-person. I'd say that both (PGPX and PGPEX) are coming out well. Good luck
